About Us

Acacia Care, LLC was founded in June, 2008 with a desire to help individuals with developmental disabilities. Acacia Care is contracted through the State of Arizona to provide reliable, quality Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) to members    diagnosed with an intellectual disability (I/DD). Our intention is to improve the lives of our consumers by assisting them to become independent, productive members of the community. We believe that every person should have the opportunity to achieve their maximum potential, and we are dedicated to the achievement of that potential.
